About Summertime @The Plaza Concert & Event Series
Summertime @The Plaza Concert & Event Series is RDRC’s annual Neighborhood Community Event. We are bringing new styles and flavors of entertainment from Queens, the NYC Metropolitan area, and beyond our borders. The event includes visual art projects, live music, DJ’s, spoken word performances, and video projections; that is family-friendly entertainment.
This year, due to COVID-19, we will be hosting Virtual entertainment, inclusion with Diversity Plaza 37th Road; a volunteer group RDRC has partnered with through grant winnings from NYC Green Relief & Recovery Fund. Our next virtual event will be, Friday, October 2nd 6pm to 7:15pm with our very own Queens Hip Hop Life-Time Achievement Recipient, Ralph McDaniels, Video Music Box, with Open Mic engagement from Queens artists.
