WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT DIVISION RDRC’s Workforce Development Division serves youth and adults who are either entering the workforce for the first time or who wish to re-enter the working world. Since 1989 the division has served over 14,000 youth and adults, many of whom have either entered the work force or have gone on to college.
