Neighborhood Preservation

RDRC is committed to preserving the quality of housing throughout the Rockaways. Towards this goal, RDRC has earned multiple designations from Federal, State and City agencies to provide housing counseling and neighborhood preservation services. Funded by the NYS Division of Housing and Community Renewal, RDRC is able to promote and preserve housing for low and moderate-income individuals by providing home ownership financial counseling that assist low and moderate income persons in attaining or retaining home ownership by improving their financial capacity.
