First Time Home Buyers Program

RDRC's First-Time Homebuyers Certificate Program is a 10 hour program certified by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.  Our certificate program consists of a two-hour orientation followed by four two-hour sessions. The goal of the Program is to simplify the home buying process, by providing our clients with the necessary information to understand the terminology, and to make the right decisions about their home choice and bank products.
