Employment Readiness Training

Rockaway Development & Revitalization Corporation's Employment Readiness Training Course is an intensive training class that emphasizes the necessary skills and proper attitudes needed to obtain and retain employment. Students learn how to follow instructions, accept criticism, undertake group efforts, dress and speak appropriately for the workplace and conduct successful job searches with the guidance of our job developers.
