It is not always obvious to everyone why clients continue to enter the doors of RDRC since its conception in 1978, so let me briefly explain.

At RDRC, our clients are our most important asset-we refer to this as human capital development. For over thirty-one years and counting, RDRC delivers valuable and essential skills that can cultivate all of Rockaway residents from Far Rockaway to Breezy Point so that they can reach their full potential to succeed in life.
