In-School Youth Program - Go To School

RDRC's In-School Youth Go To School, Get A Job (GTS) Program give students the chance to become well-rounded individuals by balancing their academics and employment.  Funded by the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development, the program is offered to high school juniors and seniors.  RDRC currently provides service to over 60 youth annually.  In addition to students having the ability to earn while they learn, they also participate in weekly work readiness workshops, attend college fairs, Resource sessions, and RDRC's annual free of charge three day out of state college tour.  Students continue their employment services through the Summer Youth Employment Program.
