Merchant Organizing

Working with the New York City Department of Small Business Services, RDRC is positioned to engaged in "Merchant Organizing" activities throught the      AVENUE NYC Commercial Revitalization Program.  

The goal is the unite the merchants of B20th Street, Central Ave, Mott Ave, and Cornaga Ave in order to promote the Far Rockaway Business District.    The Rockaway East Merchants Association is the entity responsible for recruitement and promotion of the shopping district.    This is achieved by marketing/branding, shopping events, and business workshops.
